Quality: you can find some good brand names sometimes but often, there's defect come with it, many clothing has holes, stains, winter knits have bobbling, but price still marked high (between $18-$30 for brand clothing), which I personally think, it's too high for a OP shop selling used clothing;

Ambience-wise is fine;

Service: I would rated "poor", as they stopped offering customer shopping basket since, may be a year ago? So nowadays, whenever you go shopping there, you have to carry everything in hands and this really not convenient when you want to have a look at other things as your hands are full!

Value: as I said, for brand clothing like Country road, Witchery or so, everything started from $18, to $25-$30 often, and as the item's condition is poor, over-priced!
