I have bought my airfares from a number of STA travels. Given that this premises is close to my work Ive made a few contacts in recent years. With my past experience in contacting STA I have found that the staffs are quite competitive amongst each other in obtaining the sales. I recently contacted their call centre and had obtained a quote, in following through, not certain how I ended up calling the city centre directly on this occasion and ended up speaking to a fellow who simply said it was no issue dealing with someone else, and was able to override all the work that a previous person had done and made it as his own, which I had thought was completely unfair. Given I was quite comfortable with the itinerary and price, coming close to payment they wanted to place a 3% surcharge on my American Express card.
