STA Travel

We recently booked travel with STA travel in Bondi. The customer service has been terrible to say the least! Inconsistent advice and incorrect information regarding flights and travellers has been provided on several occasions. The staff member who we have been dealing with has been exceptionally rude and unhelpful. The issue was escalated and promises made to respond by a certain time- this time has now passed with no further communication. A further official complaint was submitted through the STA website 'complaints' form and no follow up has occurred. We travel in less than one week and we still don't have a correct itinerary details! Book your own flights rather than paying rude and incompetent agents a commission. Do not use this agency if you want clear and consistent information or like to feel assured that everything is ok with your plans!
