Stabil-Lime commenced some 30 years ago, specialising in soil stabilisation and road recycling. This technology remains our core business today; however we have diversified and attempt to provide our clients with a full-service philosophy from within the group. After 30 years, we are the longest running stabilisation business in the state and possibly the country. We have the largest fleet of purpose built stabilisation equipment and expertise to make your project a success.
Consequently, with our vertical integration we now employ approximately 200 people. Although the majority of our staff live in Victoria, we do work throughout Australia.

The Stabil-Lime Group of Companies has a Head Office based in Lilydale in the Yarra Valley. The Group consists of seven companies, one company operating as two trading division and each with its own management structure and accountability. The General Managers all report to the Head Office, which including accounts, is a team of approximately 15 people.

Our Head Office function includes an extensive Integrated Management System (IMS) accredited by a third party and maintained with our full time IMS co-ordinator. Our annual IMS budget is in excess of $400,000. We are audited on a monthly basis by regulatory authorities including Vic Roads.

Stabilime Distributors Pty Ltd has several specialist stabilisation engineers and project managers and operates the largest fleet of road reclaimers in the state. Engineering and project management are located at Moe and Lilydale.
