I purchased a boxing bag and stand from these people.
As soon as it was opened it was clear it was faulty. I sent a photo and they accepted it was faulty.
They said the damage is minimal and I should accept it. I said it's leaning to one side and will fall without even hitting it. Completely unusable. Finally, they said to give them time and they would exchange it.

To give some context, I order 200kg of weight plates at the beginning of the lockdown, it's a lot for one order so I wasn't expected it to arrive early. What wasn't expected is for these people to cancel my order outright, wasn't even asked for that, tell me becase their warehouse was lockdowned, said they don't have enough staff member and couldn't sent out my order even though the delivery status was switched to sent. Before that they said they have to allocate human resources to fulfill order so they can't answer email, as if they ask Karen from customer service to operate a forklift, just a technique to denies service. This business hold my money for 3 weeks, have no intention of deliver any product and outright lie to customer. After that turn a complete 180 and sold everything for double the price, that just one day after they said they can't fulfil the order.
