YoungMinds Health and Development Network is a Psychology Clinic offering Counselling and therapy for children, adolescent and adults. We have several Psychologists in the Clinic all with Australian Psychology Society affiliation and experience.
Group therapy programs for children are also held at the Clinic including Resilience programs that teach skills to young people to assist in their social and emotional development:
FRIENDS program for 8-12 yr olds, FUN PALS for 4-6 yr olds, RAP for 13-16 yr olds and RAP-P for Parents to help guide their teenagers.
Relaxation classes are also held for Adults.
Group Therapy programs for Depression and Anxiety in Adults are also facilitators by experienced Psychologists. ...read more
