Went for dinner here last night as we had a two for one voucher (from a movie ticket). The deal is that you get the 'less expensive' meal for free. I ordered the $27 chicken breast and my husband wanted the $20 schnitzel. He was advised that he couldn't use the voucher on a Monday night as they have a $15 schnitzel special. I completely cannot understand this as the cheaper meal is free anyway. What difference does it make if it's a $20 free meal usually or a $15 on a Monday night! Anway, I sent an email through and receive a response from Management. theye apologised and explained that we can't use the voucher in conjunction with another offer. I replied back saying that this totally lacks common sense and they replied with a very sarcastic response! I have been going to this tavern for several years with my family and we are regulars. After this experience with them we won't ever be returning!!
I had a problem with my meal, and it was not dealt with appropriately.

I totally agree! Their management does not respond to issues well. They do themselves out of repeat business with their attitude
8:24 rush into tavern and wait behind two customers for service. Two staff slow were serving. I interrupt one staff at 8:28 and was told we could order. We stood
Over menus and chose on the spot when another staff member who appeared from no where interrupt to inform us the kitchen was shut as the kitchen staff had begun cleaning. We left at 8:30, I had talked up this tavern to my guest from victoria and was sad to disappoint her. My party of three went to the Stafford shops and spent $112 $92 on food, at the beach house bar and grill up the road.
