Stammers Arcade Health 'n' More

I was recommended to visit health 'n' more after a consultation with my GP and talk directly to the owner about my health problems. I found her advice helpful and she has a great deal of knowledge. Her products are very reasonably priced, the more I build a rapport with the staff at health 'n' more the more they look after me there.

My physio recommended this health food shop because of the care and advice the owner shares with customers. So sad to read the negative comments, I went online to see if the owner had an email address so I could thank her for the excellent service I received today. She was very polite, kind and extremely helpful. I also found her to be very knowledgable. There were a number of customers in the store and she acknowledged all of them, while serving me, to let them know she'd be with them shortly, as I was finished.

I also found her products to be very reasonably priced. Please do not let the negative comments put you off, I would recommend her highly.

Bad bad service. And the attitude ! Not sure how they are still running a business. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere unless you want the experience of the height of rudeness

Thank goodness for google and truelocal.com.au. I was just browsing in the health shop as I had 5 minutes to spare. I left after testing some cream and browsing and I went to the newsagent then left the arcade and next minute a staff was behind me asking to check my bag saying a cream was missing!! I went back to the store so there were other people to see, and emptied my bag on the counter. She was unbelievably RUDE!! I told her I would not come back again and she said 'good I hope you don't' !! I also said I would tell my friends and she said 'that's a good idea'! she just doesn't care. And seems like I don't need to tell anyone because she probably doesn't get much custom anyway. If I had someone like that working for me, they would be out the door. I feel much better that I'm not the only one that has been treated this way. I just want to go and throw some eggs at the cow. I don't even want to give them 1/2 star rating but it had to have something in there to post review.

The owner of this store is extremely hard working and will always give great advice that would cost a fortune elsewhere. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years.
