Appalling, I am not one to complain but after my experience i would never recommend. We paid the deposit on the 28/5/14 ($660). First Installer came to fit the doors, the brand new doors where damaged and the wrong colour. I advised installer and they gave so much attitude and installed them anyway. Their customer service skills where disgusting, not to mention screws where placed uneven and crooked which caused them to split the front door frame. 2nd Installer came to remove and was shocked with the installation. We had to repaint and fill in all the holes and fix the split in the door ourselves! The 3rd installer came out, they were very careful and apologetic about all the issues I have had, they installed the door, however it didnt close/open properly. Reception staff wasnt very nice at all, spoke to the management of the company and they didnt care at all. The lack of communication has been disgraceful.
