Contacted this company with an enquiry to add some privacy (perforated sheeting) to an existing wrought iron fence. The person I spoke said yes, they did that sort of work, asked me to take photos and measurements and email them through and a quote would be arranged quickly. I did the aforementioned. After 4 days and no acknowledgement of my email I called back, spoke to the same person and said they were working on it. Another 4 days passed, I called back again, was transferred to someone senior who obviously was terribly disinterested in the work. Asked why the people who had installed the fence weren't doing it. And then said its not the type of work they prefer to do (even though they list it as one of the services on their website) and made it obvious it was annoyance and a waste of their time. I told them not to bother than and gave feedback that it would have been more polite to let me know at the outset rather than waste a week of my time. Again ...read more
