Was very unhappy with not only their quality but their cost and customer service. Purchased 2 bunches of flowers for $100 on mothers day and they lasted LESS than a week. When I phoned to give them feedback (not to ask for a refund but thought it was appropriate) I was rudely asked why I hadn't called sooner or brought them back (it took me a week to phone). I was then promised a phone call back and never received one!! I have experience working with flowers and can ASSURE you that these were not fresh. If it happened with one bunch you might assume that perhaps care wasn't taken but to happen to both bunches that went to different people? I don't think so! Bad customer service, poor quality product. Not recommended. Plenty of great ones around so don't waste your money!
