Only good for cosmetic fixes. My airconditioner no longer works after being re gassed, it’s more like a heater. My car was fixed in may so had no idea until the warmer weather hit and now I’ve been left here with no aircon! Didn’t bother going back, total waste of time considering they don’t take responsibility for their own actions. When my car is locked now the indicators don’t flash. They didn’t think it was a big deal but my car alarm doesn’t work either so I wouldn’t have been covered by insurance if something else were to happen, luckily enough my boyfriend has fixed it for me now, but like I said only good for cosmetic fix! Would not pay a cent to Hen ever again. Start fixing things you did wrong instead of weaving around it!!!!

The best thing is the good staff, very friendly guys.

They do an average job first time but when you go back to them to fix there faults, they do fix them. It shouldnt come to that though and they should check there work is done correct the first time. Average repairer

The smash repair industry seems to be very competitive as of late. I remember seeing Stanley's Bodyworks well over 10 years ago when traveling on Duke st in Braybrook. I had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident and wanted a repair shop that didn't value quantity over quality. I nominated Stanley's as I was not at fault and he was listed down as a Subaru preferred repairer. Considering there were a limited number of preferred repairers, I felt confident leaving the repairs to Stanley's. I spoke to a customer rep and he detailed what needs to be done with confidence in his tone. Silly me, I just fell for a sales pitch. 3 weeks went by and I received a phone call to tell me that my car is ready. I come to find my car cleanly presented and so I asked my husband to inspect the work. From his opinion, Stanley's had done an average job. Terrible that's all I can say! Stanley the owner is rude he had to rework my car and now my front bumper is hanging by 2cm do not use these guys they cheaply fix your car and cut corners!! Do not recommend! Go somewhere else!
