With DEFT, banking autopay for accounts and recycled Meeting and Financial templates, they actually do very little admin work either. $521.40 or more for admin, over $900 for "management fees" and $440 for "disbursement" ie: paying bills which can be done automatically. Want an EGM - $200. Copies of Body Corp roll or eligible voters? Good luck with that.

Very expensive management fees and only do bare minimum for the high fees they charge. Staff are also very unprofessional and unhelpful. Stay away from this company, I ended up selling my unit off due to their high body corporate management fees and service

Do not use this company they are hopeless will happily take your money and will never ever do anything to help your property .I have watched our building go from a nice complex to having so many repair issues that now fall on deaf ears .They are useless and will hide behind strata laws to avoid you .I have asked many times to talk to management and get no reply absoulutly appauling the way the conduct themselves
