Replies to emails contain factual errors relating to the complaint, or are irrelevant or incorrect in terms of BC law. When pressed to state in a contract what services they provide they state they don't do "second quotes" and used a quaint referencing system to the BodyCorp Act 1997. When I found it they basically are saying they don't organise repairs. The Act authorises Body Corp Managers to perform admin and repairs on behalf of the Committee. They only do the admin. With DEFT, banking autopay for accounts and recycled Meeting and Financial templates, they actually do very little admin work either. $521.40 or more for admin, over $900 for "management fees" and $440 for "disbursement" ie: paying bills which can be done automatically. Want an EGM - $200. Copies of Body Corp roll or eligible voters? Good luck with that.
Do not use this company they are hopeless will happily take your money and will never ever do anything to help your property .I have watched our building go from a nice complex to having so many repair issues that now fall on deaf ears .They are useless and will hide behind strata laws to avoid you .I have asked many times to talk to management and get no reply absoulutly appauling the way the conduct themselves
