Star Car Wash

There all about volume not quality. They scratched my car in several places and wouldn't own up to it, tried to blame it on a mysterious dog or cat, then it was bags I'd placed on my $45,000 new car. "Give you 50 dollar or take to court" they said. Their terms and conditions say it all. BUYER BEWARE! It's now costing me a lot more to fix their damage.

Just had my WRX washed at Star Car Wash in Woden upon starting my car and driving away the check engine light was on along with the cruise control and traction control light. I immediately took my car to the manufacturer and the advised me that there was water in the engine and had been sprayed under my car. DO NOT go to this car wash! They MAY damage your car.

I went there with a friend to get our cars washed. I had the Star Polish for $95 and my friend had the Star Wash for $35. We asked the staff how long should we pick up the car and staff said in about 1.5 hours. At that point I was just surprised how quickly they can wash our cars, plus clay bar for my car. Not thinking much more about it, we went to the shopping centre and came back 2 hours later and surely enough the cars were done. We paid $130 in total and went to our cars. I gave my car for a wash after the wash there was button missing from the inner dash compartment went back to tell the guy then he said he can't do anything about it and they don't take any responsibity for damage or missing part while washing.very disappointed,never would go again and recommend not to go to everyone.very careless,worse customer service,not secure...
