The initial experience was a pleasant one. Adam, the manager, was quite nice and reassuring on the phone during the initial sale and quoting stage. Once they had their installation man, Glenn, come to install on a Friday, he left all his mess, iron filings, plastic wrap parts still hanging on the now installed door, dust etc for us to clean up. When we asked for them to come back and clean their mess, Glenn was "too busy" at another job, and we got promised a Monday clean up. No offer to come after his "other job" was even a consideration. Nobody from Star Doors called, emailed or sent a text to follow up this issue. They didn't show until the following Friday...to get their balance. We said we would deduct the clean up cost as we had to do it ourselves and that we were happy to pay the rest.
