Star Track Express

Every time a delivery is way late and I must chase after it and ring them, they refuse to deliver to my address {its already paid for} and tell me I have to pick it up. Every time freight is late I know its star track desterned to me as it just sits in the depot until I look for it. Cowboys.

Shame I can not give less than a 1? rating. Star Track Coffs Harbour / Grafton is absolutely useless. No one can contact this useless lump, even their own head office! Packages paid for express postage can arrive anywhere from 8am to 6pm. You can not pick up from the depot because the useless twats think giving out their business address is an invasion of privacy! They don't deliver packages to Aus Post so you can pick up later that day, they hold them until whenever the feel oike dropping them off!



Am contacting Seller to request they end their partnership with Star Track because Star Track is far too unreliable.

Startrack have 3 problems when it comes to UPS transit to Startrack.
1. You get a UPS tracking number but when the consignment is passed to Startrack noone on either side tells you. e.g. UPS says its at Botany. You have to ring up UPS to get the Startrack number.
So if you do not know their procedures then your consignment could appear to be sitting at Botany for weeks because you did not get a card from Startrack. Recently 2 parcels in the same consignment 2ULZ10108606 did not generate a card from Startrack at the delivery address so we did not know where the consignment was.
