Useless, never deliver and do not leave cards. Have to waste 30 to 45 minutes to get through to the customer service person while listening to false promotion recordings. They have not realised that if all the deliveries were made then the customer service people would not be so busy. This has happened to me too many times for me to ignore and live with it. I have made a formal complaint and requested feedback from their discovery but nothing happened. The drivers just text that no one was home and left a card when neither is true, the company is so unprofessional.
Follow on from the above, the goods were delivered after I found him at the wrong address!! Doesnt even know how to look up a street address. Total incompetence and to think if I had not received the goods then that the goods would be returned to the supplier without any hesitation what so ever on Australia Post Freight's part.
Never have I dealt with a more bureaucratic, unprofessional shipping company. They didn't deliver an iPhone 6 I ordered, then said the merchant had given them the wrong details for delivery. I checked the details they had (and did the same with the merchant) and the details were (surpirse, surprise) correct. Nevertheless, Startrack still refused to release the item or deliver it saying I'd need to put through a new order with the merchant and that they'd only return the original item to the merchant not to me. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and now I'm off to an Apple store. Seriously incompetent bunch with whom I'll never do business again. Avoid like the plague if you can.
"STARTRACK when service means nothing"
I have never dealt with a worse shipping company in my years, and I have ordered literally thousands of items for stocking my store... and countless items where broken/lost or late..
But I was always treated with some form of respect when contacting them(as I was a major customer) but now as a standard(non-business) customer.... I have never been treated so badly as a customer for anything!
Needless to say I will not be using this sorry excuse for a company ever again..
If I could have reviewed them with no stars... I would have.
