Ordered a pair of rear air dampers for my car from the United States. They flew over via UPS before being handed over to "FartTrack", this is where the whole story gets interesting. My children were home when the courier came and didnt knock or ring the doorbell. They heard the car and chased him down the street to no avail. The 'Sorry we missed you" card said that my delivery had been delivered to the Depot at "Wingfield."Guess what to get my package redelivered I had to call not Australia Post but UPS in the United States to reorganise my delivery. They told me the courier would ring and tell me when they were coming. I received no call to orgnise a drop off time. Instead StartTrack Left another Blue card saying that my parcel had been taken back to Wingfield AGAIN!!!!. Organised to pick up from Wingfield. -Maybe. Have had no trouble with other couriers. Shocking service, as part of a business who ships paperwork interstate every day and PAY for mail collection everyday, we shouldnt be exposed to the courier just not showing up. especially when I then have the courtesy to be understanding that they might be late and spend an extra 20 minutes of my time after hours waiting and they dont bother to show, then use my time and petrol having to drop the mail off myself. Then it happens another 2 times the same week! Absolutely appauled at the service and have had no sympathy just blaming aus post and everyone else that they can. Not to mention the damage that has been caused to parcels in the past.
This service has to be a joke if you can even call it a service i have rung them 6 times trying to find what happened to my parcel they are saying was delivered its a $1000 big w layby they now cant find i have sat home 4 days because they cant tell me if its on a truck been delivered to what address or still at the depot they just keep saying we will get someone to investigate then call back but NO ONE calls back i am on holidays not to sit around waiting like a prisoner in my own home waiting for a parcel they have no idea where it is!!! Useless process its not that hard you either have it or took it to the wrong place...
Very bad service, similar story as the one below. I was home, waiting for delivery but at the time the tracking system says delivery was made nobody rang the buzzer, no delivery note was left but package was brought straight to post office, maybe driver wanted early night home......? Anyway, I rang their customer service number and they stick to their fantastic tracking system and actually saying they are right. Well, I was home so maybe the driver couldn't find the buzzer? Or our house? Or forgot to leave the note? Anyway people, waste of time and money!!
