Im not a particulary big fan of large franchises when it comes to grabbing your daily coffee. However, I have found when nominating a central meeting spot, its hard not to miss a branded landmark store that most people cant miss. This store is centrally located in the hub of the city, public transport directly in front to gain easy access, directly opposite you have the target centre. So Ive used this caf as a meeting location point on numerous occasions and has worked out quite well. Its quite a large premises with stool window seat at the front and lots of seating throughout with a number of large comfortable couches. Services are always quick, efficient operated by a bunch of young staff.

Living in Melbourne you meet plenty of coffee-snobs who will tell you there are better places to go but I think Starbucks has a great combination of good coffee/drinks and snacks. I have a little nook at the back where I can vanish with my paper for a while. Staff is unfailingly polite and friendly.

The best coffee in the world! You should definitely visit that place!
