Starbucks

My boyfriend ordered us two large caramel hot chocolates. we received two Macchiato's. Upon returning them one of the staff rudely told us that we were in the wrong and ordered Macchiato's. I told the rude staff member that seeing as my boyfriend wouldn't even know what a macchiato is he couldn't of possibly ordered it. rude staff member did not once apologize for their mistake and was very rude. No customer service skills at all. Pathetic really.

Staff friendly and helpful and good variety of food and drink. Don't like idea of having to 'wait' up at counter for order. Much prefer to get a 'beeper' to collect when ready instead of 'name' being yelled around the street.
