Nail gurus and a friendly, no fluff environment. The prices are reasonable and it's they kind of place where everyone seems to know each other (or make you feel really welcome if you don't). They have an extensive menu for nails and pedicures, along with the usual beauty treatments, waxing etc. The best way I could describe Starfingers is that it isn't snobby - so if you're looking for a gorgeous 'zen' spa treatment this probably isn't the place for you. But if you need your nails done professionally and with enthusiasm, or a facial - this is the secret place to go to.
