I love this service. I have been dealing with Claire for 2 years now. I'm a busy person. I email what I want and it's ordered and altered. Safe affordable service. Claire always goes above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone looking for quality alterations & sewing.
I had been a customer of starlight embroidery since 2009 and have always had my towels, business uniforms and caps embroided perfectly. Not once have I had a problem with customer service or my orders. I have not one bad word to say about starlight embroidery. They are fast efficient, most of the time my orders are completed on the same day. I will recommend starlight embroidery to everyone!!!!
Terrible embroidery and terrible customer service. I asked for towels to be embroidered and the embroidery was 1 wide stitch so I could pull it away and see the towel underneath. She could not even confirm I could wash the towels without the stitching coming off. Would not refund money for bad service and I had to go elsewhere to get unpicked and re stitched for double the cost. I would not recommend this business.
Very disappointing to hear you had a bad experience as I have been getting my embroidery done at starlight for years now and have never ever had a problem. Maybe you were not clear with your instructions.
