State Library Of Queensland

I go here regularly to borrow music scores. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that there is a piano room to use if needed. If you can get into the carpark, there is a flat rate, but if it's full, go to carpark 2 and wait for someone to leave.

Went in to do some research and it's just great to have study areas available and the help of great library staff in locating books! Parking is reasonable too at $15

The library's one of my favourite places in the city. It's well stocked and absolutely gorgeous, with a glass reading/study room that overlooks the water and skyline. There's also a really nice outdoor café connected underneath in case you need a brake from the studying for a while.

Well stocked library and there's often something on from kids events to adults talks

Went here on Tuesday with my little one and saw some children playing through a window so went to check it out and they have activities on certain days in a space called the Corner from 10-3 (I think but do check). We got there late but there were still think to do like a craft, reading, jigsaws etc. Will definitely be back and hopefully be able to check out the rest of the library.
