I've been attending this medical clinic for almost the whole time I've been living in Victoria (well, around 12 years). The doctors, nurses & staff are always pleasant & helpful. The waiting times are usually very lengthy (unless you manage to get one of the first few appointments of the day) and you usually have to book days in advance to see your preferred doctor. I've seen all the doctors at this practice over the years, but my "regular" GP is Doug Spence. He's one of the most empathic, caring & understanding doctors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and I've dealt with many of them over the years in both my personal & professional life as a medical transcriptionist & many of them leave a lot to be desired IMO). He genuinely cares about his patients and always goes the extra mile to help them. I can't say enough good things about this practice and particularly Dr Spence.
I have been attending this clinic for over 20 years, including when I have not been living in Melton. I feel the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all very friendly. It is difficult to get an appointment especially if you are requesting a certain doctor, and there can be a long wait, but I feel this is all worth it, for the service that they offer. Even though I live approx 30 mins away, I woud prefer to travel to this clinic, not only because they know my history, but because I can talk to them about nearly anything, especially Dr. Mark Robson :)
