Waldo has always valued good advice, my well being has been monitored by my GP at Station Medical Clinic for over 7 years. 5 stars all the way.

If I book or walk in my time is seen as important. I mysekf have waited over an hour on ocassion also, it is worth the thorough consultation provided.

I travel quite a distance to have my thorough consultation and If my GP is busy I know I can rely on one of the highly regarded peers to assist with my needs.

My GP is thorough having guided me through chronic illness.

I would recomend services at the Medical clinic. On site pathology collection is available.

Reception staff are friendly and discreet.

Always extremely long wait times. They should not accept more than 2 walk ins per day if all the doctors are fully booked. They made me wait for 2 hours and in the end, told me I wouldn't be able to see a doctor. They don't appreciate other people's time at all. I took a day off to see a doctor and if they had told me from the start they were booked out, I would have gone elsewhere but they didn't give me a choice. Management should review their internal policies and not be so greedy with accepting unrealistic walk ins. Never coming here again.

This medical centre has the worst service I think I have ever experienced. They have no concern for patients privacy. the receptionist asked me an extremely personal question in a small crowded waiting room- which they already knew the answer to as it was on their computer. I have never been more disappointed with a medical practices front desk staff.
