Steam Brothers Coffee

Previously try‘d a takeaway coffee here and thought it average , nevertheless decided with family to have an eat in Breakfast experience . Bitterly disappointed !!!
Waited 50min for food which is a horrendous strain for young kids and sat in front of 2 empty coffee cups for 40min whilst waiting. When other later arriving patrons started receiving food it was obvious something had gone wrong.........“oh sorry your order didn’t go through „
Well,...would you like another coffee while we rectify the problem — wasn’t asked
.......would the children perhaps like something to bridge the gap— wasn’t asked
Customer Service is exactly that, and it wasn’t here. Food was good but won’t be back.
