What a nice surprise. I managed to sneak out for a quick caffeine fix in the afternoon when my boss was not looking, and I discovered they now have a happy hour ! Yes, first time I've seen this in a cafe. So, I managed to get my medium sized latte for just $2.50 ... there was a size smaller for $2 and a bigger size, perhaps it was $3, though I can't be certain as I can't drink huge coffees. Pretty sure the delightful girls who served me said it was from 2pm until 4 pm
Each weekday afternoon. Same good tasting brew and big smiles from staff. Top idea!
New kid on the block in North Sydney, although this delightful cafe is officially part of Greenwood Plaza,it is actually away from the main food court , and so it's really peaceful and not as hectic. You can get direct access into the cafe from Miller St, or from a set of stairs that is right at the corner of the Pacific Highway and Miller St. I got a coffee here today, as well as a delicious pastry...most food is organic however. There were lots of other delights to satisfy, both savoury and sweet. My coffee was great and Jessica the helpful waitress brought it to my table, along with a glass of icy cold water that is given to customers as a standard item when sitting down, a nice touch. The tables were spaced far enough apart from each other that i wasn't feeling as though I could hear their conversation, so thumbs up for that too. Next time I will try one of the wraps, they looked delicious. Thanks ladies for a comforting meal break. Good prices too.
