I never get pushed into buying products only advised if my hair has been mistreated by myself of course that certain products used can help to care and treat my hair for further damage. 100% satisfied customer. My colouring was great, exactly the red i asked for but that is where is ended. I was passed around to about three or four different staff, my hair was cut shorter than i had asked for, after straightening my hair underneath still had wavy sections and they kept trying to sell me products. Will not be returning.

I had hair down to my bum, and asked for it to be cut to the middle of my back, beneath my bra strap. The haircut I received resulted in my hair ONLY JUST reaching my shoulders, and looks NOTHING like the photo I showed them. I gave them a front, side and back photo to make it easy... Obviously too hard. When I said that they messed it up and it was way too short they said "But that's where you told me, you wanted it short". I said nothing of the sort because I have been growing my hair for such a long time. My sister went here 2 years ago to get her hair dyed... she wanted it dyed medium brown and the staff dyed it black. It took her a further 3 visits to get her hair fixed, and they made her pay for it and wouldn't even refund the first dye.
