Stefan

I have not been to Stefan for many years, this experience was wonderful. The girls were wonderful, very friendly and professional. Ali was my stylist, she was wonderful. Thank you. I will return.

I was really disappointed with my hair cut. today. It is too short and has chunks of hair cut out of the shape. The "stylist" kept cutting to try and fix it. She apologized and gave me a discount but due to the how bad my hair looks, I will not be going back. :-( I am giving one star for the coffee.

I haven't been to a hairdresser for years as I had heard so many things had gone wrong but I had to do something with my hair so I went to Stefan at Carindale and I will definitely go back ! The people are nice, they did not push me into buying the products, they asked me if I was interested but did not force me into buying them. The stylist asked and listened to what I wanted done with my hair, she made suggestions but made sure I was happy first before she cut anything. As my hair was really bad I thought they would go on about how badly I treated it, but they didn't, instead they told me what was wrong with it and explained how I could fix it.

It was great and I am very happy with my hair !

This Stefan store has a great team! Riley, who generally looks after me, is truly a master of hair! I can come in looking (and feeling) frumpy and leave feeling like a million dollars --- I have no idea how he does it, but he does it every time! The salon is friendly, the music is upbeat (but not too intrusive) and you are generally looked after by just the one staff member for the entire visit (which makes for a nice change). Highly recommended!
