Booked for my first experience at Stefan I was so excited as my mum booked in with Stefan at loganhomle and said how amazing they are and how happy she was with her hair And told me they had a few salons down the coast I called Stefan to book in and a Stylist, spoke to me so rude over the phone so I felt maybe they must of been busy that day when I booked in my appointment the following week I went to my appointment and stylist had booked me in. And no I was wrong stylist was not nice to myself and the way stylist spoke to the staff it's like stylist belittles every one. I will not be returning to a Stefan's. And I was not happy with my hair and stylist didn't completely dry my hair as it was still damp when the stylist started ironing it.

Fantastic sums my experience up at Stefans. All the staff, particularly my stylist, were sweet and very friendly accommodating to all their customers needs. I was greeted with a warm smile by all and a coffee to relax with while my redo was created. I was delighted with the cut and absolutely thrilled that I finally found a stylist that listened to my request to thin my hair out properly. Great salon, bubbly enthusistic stylists, fantastic training for the apprentices and definitely a salon that I will be using again and again.

all the staff are lovely and helpful- busy salon yet they seem to do the best to fit you in when they can. they help keep me looking " respectable" !!! the only salon i every go to - highly recommended

Hi, I am a regular at stefans helensvale.I have been going there now for 3 years and never have I ever had a bad experience. When I first started going my blonde hair was thin, falling out and snapping off, due to stress, hair colouring and basically getting the wrong advice. I listened carefully to what savannah had to say and did everything that I was told to do, and what products to use and why. Today thanks to savannah at stefans Helensvale I have healthy blonde hair, instead of the nightmare that I first went in with.I have no hesitation in recomending stefans at helensvale, keep up the good work guys you rock!

I went to Stephans Hairdressers this week.

The hairdresser cut my hair, which they did a good job of, they were friendly and polite but it felt like they to rehursed. They then began to talk about all the things i needed to buy to make my hair look good, as they do. I asked them what would be the best shampoo and conditioner to buy as i have really dry hair and they tryed to sell me this shampoo and conditioner, not bothering to tell me it was the companys own brand. . Because i had my kids with me , i was quite flusted and focaseing on me, i bought the product only to realise They din't care if they sold me a product for my dry hair they just wanted me to buy their own companys product. I Will defly not go back. Over priced and there not paying attention to detail or listing to what the customer wants.Big disappointment.
