Purchased the package $69.95. Style cut, shampoo, treatment, blowdry, 6 foils and makeup touch up. Showed pic of what i wanted (hair already a grown out barely touching sholders concave bob with fringe) style i wanted was a slightly longer pixi cut, left with a shorter bob and fringe 1.5 hours later, no foils or treatment and charged $10 extra for medium length hair. Extremely unhappy with result, i kept saying shorter and kept getting ignored, gave up and left. Worst experience at a salon, non responsive hairdresser who ignored my style request and im now left looking like a lost member of the beatles. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST and trust me it will cost

Extremely overpriced to get a simple hair cut. Started off at one price and when I finished it was another price. Never going back here.

Got extensions and colour from them and they did not last long, they elt fake and dried up within one wash and the colour fadded away fast.

I went to Stefan 2 weeks ago to get the balyage package. The result I got is definitely not what I asked for, its a lot darker than I wanted and doesn't even look like I've had balyage done, it just looks like I've dyed my hair brown. The cut is very basic and not the "style cut" that was advertised in the package.

I complained and was told it was somehow my fault, and that it would be referred to head office. I then had to chase up head office several times just to get my money back so I could get it fixed elsewhere. I'm still waiting for a cheque, which I was promised would arrive last week.

Avoid Stefan Loganholme at all costs. Not a good salon at all.
