Have gone here twice now, and both times have walked out feeling very angry and upset. The high pressure up sell is really aggressive. The first time I had foils and a cut. The staff member plonked products in front of me and that's all they wanted to discuss. Obviously they must get commission out of selling products, because you could see that that was their primary concern. Second time just needed a quick cut. Again tried to push me into getting more foils. The senior consultant said that I needed to do something about this brassy colour that was bothering me (this was the colour they had put in in the prior visit and I had not said anything about it bothering me). Did not have time nor inclination to go through another 3 hours of getting foil, so declined.
Going to the hairdressers is supposed to be a uplifting experience. Sadly I was quite happy with the cut but won't be going back because of the treatment by the staff.
