We had just finished our dinner and as I was wandering along this alleyway looking for a place to have a drink I suddenly spied this independent book store. These types of shops are a dying breed, so I made an effort to actually step inside and have a look around before it vanishes for good. The thing that I love about bookshops is that I have the opportunity to browse, something that you can't do on the internet. This shop is actually a new book shop, so the prices are a little high, however the owner certainly knows his stuff, and he is more than happy to check up on his list to see if he has something available. He does have a reasonable selection of science-fantasy novels, though his collection does extend to murder mysteries as well.
