The price is right, the service is not, AusPost lost a bag of dog food (not their fault) i made it very clear in an e-mail that i no longer required the bag (4 weeks after my original order) and wanted a refund, no further correspondence they simply sent another bag, now im either stuck with $180 bag of food or out $40 for 2 lots of postage i dont need or want, very poor customer service.
I like giving positive reviews for good businesses cause I'm a polite and we'll mannered person, however I'm also honest hence why I rated STEFMAR PETS 1 star.
I bought a few items for my dog from them once and they had made a mistake on my order. When I inquired they simply lied and said that's what I ordered! I couldn't believe it, just blatantly lied!, their manager did the same!. They were so very rude from the start even though I had managed to be polite and calm! It was un called for.
I will never be spending my money here again, their prices aren't great anyway compared to a few other places I've switched to do I guess they did me a favour by forcing me to explore other shops(with well mannered staff!).
