Stegbar

We used Stegbar Kotara for a frameless shower screen and we wish we hadn't. The staff who came out was excellent and Stegar has a good shower screen brochure but that's where it ends. They said someone will call us in 3 weeks with an install date. 6 weeks later I had to call Stegbar wondering what had happened. They told me the materials they got from the manufacturer were faulty. Nice of someone to call us & let us know what was going on. So the materials were reordered and it would be another weeks wait. After numerous phone calls to them and constant promises that someone would call us back we finally got an install date - 8 weeks after the staff had come. Surprise, surprise when they came to install the screen, it wouldn't fit and some of the panels had to be reordered AGAIN. A few weeks later we finally had the shower screen. Take my advice, do not use this company, they are completely unprofessional.
