Well this business has got to be the worst business i have ever had to deal with when it comes to service , quality and the brand not matching what it is alleged to supply. I had a Front pivot door supplied in Sydney and it was damaged, had parts cut short, texter marks on other components where some one had measured something but hadnt cleaned it. The request to come out and sort it out took 3 months to action and then i had to complain to the CEO who sent one of his puppets.
They take your money very quickly and then ignore you, do not use these clowns.!!!!

Stegbar is a definite no go! We booked 2 wardrobe jobs with them at 2 different locations and this is what happened

The first job was at our home in Kensington VIC. We had a clear vision of what we wanted and showed sales rep David pictures of a white vintage robe. He said no problem and gave us a quote. When they installed a few weeks later they installed an unpainted MDF version and they didnt even fit the doors and said they would return in a few weeks to put on the doors. I tried calling David on 6 occasions over 2 weeks to explain that the wrong wardrobe had been installed and he never answered calls or got back to me. The worst company ever. Poor service, incorrect measurements, leaking doors. I'm not sure how they are still in business!!

3 months ago I needed a wardrobe fitted out. Got 3 quotes and stegbar was cheapest and had the product I really wanted. Kim Reilly the sales rep had been friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic. Then I read the reviews so was worried. I discussed my concerns with Kim and she was shocked but supportive so I decided to give them a try. 2 weeks later Vlardo arrived and fitted out my wardrobe which looks fantastic and I'm really happy with the end product. He was professional and skilled. I've waited 3 months to write the review to use it properly and make sure all is still good. My only complaint would be that the runners on the draws don't feel like they will last a long time or take a really heavy load, so would recommend anyone to see if these can be upgraded before fitting. Overall I'm happy and my frameless mirror doors look awesome!

Avoid Stegbar at all cost. Product design that hasn't been thought through, incorrect measurements compared to what's on your schedule, doors and frames incorrectly handed, rough manufacturing and lack of after-sales service when problems are reported. Ah, but they have a nice showroom! Ensure you have financial compensation written into the agreement for timing and faulty products not made to order, as they require 100% payment prior to the customer receiving the goods.
