Amazing day spa just by the pool of the Soffitel. The therapists are all so lovely. You can enjoy refreshments or lash out and have High tea in the tranquility lounge and i have to say it was amazing. A truly lovely day out for a group of girls or just a special treat for yourself.
It is definitely luxurious. Setting and service is 5-star. You will leave feeling pampered. My massage and facial was very good, and my therapist was very attentive, friendly and kind. I took half a star off for the very high prices, firstly, and half a star off for being "pressure saled" into buying their skincare products afterwards. I didn't like that. In the end, I caved in because I was pressured so much into it, and felt miserable when I got home for having realised I had bought a very small 30ml exfoliation scrub for $62 and a toner that I didn't need (I have a million already) for $80!
