Trouble doesn't always strike during business hours so our staff are pleased to provide before and after work appointments, or appointments on the weekend. We show that we are serious and committed to your needs by charging a flat rate, regardless of the time or the day of your appointment.

Our staff are trained in the methods that will help you the best. From traditional therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), through to more recent practices like Solution Focused Therapies, we have all of the tools. We are also trained in Suicide Interventions and are completely focused on helping you through whatever life throws at you.
