I have been a member of Stepz for a number of months now and think that it is has the most friendliest staff and members in a gym I have come across. Not only that, it is the cleanest, with the newest equipment as well. The staff are extremely professional and helpful, very happy to answer any questions about training or fitness issues you have.
I love the small half hour classes as they are very motivating and make you push yourself much more than doing your own workout.
The gym always has different events going on and is an exciting and motivating gym to be a member of.
I'm an oldish bloke and this is the first time I've joined a gym. I joined Stepz nearly a year ago and it has been fabulous. There is always easy parking up on the roof of the shopping centre (and proximity to cafes for that post workout coffee reward is a bonus). The equipment is all new and easy to use. Lots of variety available for cardio and both fixed and free weights. Friendly staff who say hello and are happy to answer questions. Friendly customers too who say hello and appreciate each others' efforts. Always leave feeling good and not just because of what I have been doing for myself.
I’ve tried a fair few gyms before, and never have I felt so welcome than I have at Stepz. The staff are so happy to help, and encourage me to reach my goals. The equipment is new, modern and always clean, and the classes always leave me feeling amazing! Such a great gym, with parking always available, and having it open 24/7 is an extra bonus.
