Have been there a few times but the last time, which was today, was really a disappointment. The pharmacist was rude when I asked for a piece of advice regarding an eye patch that I considering to buy. He said that the type I was after wasn't listed in the doctor's post operative instructions but if I wanted to ignore it, I could also through all the medicines to the the rubbish bin. I found it quite rude, confronting and insulting.
Superb service, Joe Stern was a Waterloo landmark, and a real asset to those of us who don't have the best of health in this part of Sydney. I was shocked to learn that he passed away recently - and this is a huge loss to Waterloo.
The good service continues though, always willing to please, and with a smile!
