Extremely disappointed with the poor level of service and rudeness I had to bear. I work around Winston Hills, so I visit Steve Costi Seafood from time to time during my lunch time. Today I arrived at noon, and ordered Baramundi fillets with chips. I was having a good day until this point, and the man who served me was pleasant and I was just happily waiting for my order. 20 minutes passed, and I "politely" asked the chubby lady when my order will be ready. She assured me that it will be ready in one minute. However, after 30 minutes elapsed, there was still no sign of my food. The place wasn't very busy either, as I saw only about 4-5 customers during that half an hour of waiting. I asked about my order again and told them that it's been half an hour. The lady then rudely shook her head and said bluntly, "it hasn't been half an hour".
