Took my car here for a regular 120k service only to be told that I needed the steering rack replaced, at a considerable expense. Not knowing any better I agreed to have the work done. When I received the car back, the steering felt different particularly at the end of travel on both left and right lock. This wore out my front tyres, (which did need replacing in the next six months) down to the steel belt within two weeks (500km). On taking the vehicle to a tyre place to get new tyres, I was told that the wheel alignment was totally out and either not done at all or done wrongly. Once the new alignment was done the car felt normal again. After calling Steve Jarvin back twice, they refused to admit any responsibility and told me that their wheel alignment was correct. Took my vehicle to this dealership for service. They damaged the body of the vehicle. Tried to sort out the issue with them but they continually gave me the run around. Has ended up with fair trading. Wouldn't suggest anyone goes near this place, you take your car to dealership service so it is looked after not so that it is neglected whilst in their care.
