I asked for representation with a traffic matter in Joondalup at very short notice, but Nick was unable to be there. BUT he spent a lot of time on the phone helping me understand the process to represent myself and the thought process I need to go through and a strategy to give myself the best chance of proving my case. I had a number of follow up questions a few days later which he answered fully and succinctly during a busy day for him. He explained how it will work on the day, and how to approach the day “in sadness rather than anger”.
