My mission is to provide owner builders, hardware operators, builders, designers, Truss and Frame companies and Timber supply agents with a stick frame Quantity takeoff from which the client can order everything they need.

I endeavour to achieve a 24-48 hour turnaround on my quotes depending on difficulty. My take offs are customised to suit your needs and are not just restricted to wall frame take offs. Once a client emails the plans through I get them to fill in a once off specification sheet which I keep on file for your company.

I will then work everything out for you and send a colour lintel layout back which is based on your floor plan and a separate quantities take off list that you can forward to your preferred supplier. Please feel free to contact me if you require any other takeoffs throughout the whole project.

To keep all costs as low as possible I try to do as much as possible via email, Thus allowing me to provide my services to people anywhere in the world.

Prices start from as little as $50 for a 3 bedroom lowset with no floor splits and then go up from there depending on difficulty and size.

Timbers that I use are Pine, H2 Treated Pine, LOSP Treated Pine, Kiln Dried Hardwood, CCA Treated, Prime Coated, Merbau, Batu, LVL, Glulams and many more........
