Fantastic AND fun training classes with great all over body results. I have never continued with PT classes for as long as I have with this program. Nat is fantastic at catering to any special requests such as nutrition advice and meal planning, focusing on problem areas or providing guidance for continuing exercise outside of training classes. I highly recommend Nat and plan to continue with her classes as long as I can.
Stiles Training is perfect for people of all ages, body types, fitness levels and fitness experience. Nat is a great trainer, and makes each session fun whilst focusing on your own personal goals and motivations.
