Waited over an hour to get our meal, the food was very ordinary. My order was the special witch was salmon cakes. Then I found a large fish bone and could not eat my meal. after politely bringing this to the staff attention so it could get sorted out the chef came out and did not believe me until I showed him prof he then took that meal off the bill and told me that I am not welcome to eat there again. I said thank you and that I will not eat there again as it was not very good. I do not recommend this restraunt. But if anyone dose chose to eat there I suggest that they order the lamb kebab as it is the only descent food I witnessed coming out of the kitchen. I also leave a warning if there is something wrong with your meal and you need to make them aware they will not take it well and has a bad attitude. No stars from me :-)
It makes me sad when customers do not enjoy their experience at my restaurant. On this particular night two key kitchen staff did not turn up for work I know no one cares though. I was a bit stressed. I do not believe they waited over a hour for their meals as they had pizzas as entrees so I had to wait for these to be called before sending their mains as well. I was told by the waitress when asked the table said the meals were fine except for the fish bone of course. Although she said she did not want to make a fuss but when I was asked to talk to her about a fish bone that was less than a cm long & she wanted a refund even after eating 3 quarters of the meal my mouth open before my brain kick in. I was not rude & would have rang the next day to say sorry for saying please do not come back except for the abuse I received on face book from her husband. All in all most people enjoy what we do & that's what keeps me going.
