Not only did they list a property at the wrong price, but when I became interested it rose by $125,000. They were evasive with information and when asked by myself and my building inspector about a patch to part of the ceiling in a room, they assured us that the "problem" had been properly repaired. When we finally negotiated the purchase and took possession of the property, the problem became a flood in our house with 20 litres of water coming in through the roof. When I rang for advise and help, their reply was simply "What do you want me to do about it??" Had they been forthcoming with the truth in the first place, we could have avoided this problem and it certainly would not have put us off this beautiful home. Should be avoided or dealt with, with extreme caution!!!
