I am currently in the market to purchase an new home, having walked passed one over the weekend I wanted to follow through with the agent to obtain more details. In speaking to the sales consultant, it has to be by far one of the most frustrating experiences to date with dealing with agents. Its agents like this that really damages the stereotype image of real estate agents. Its so essential to pay attention to detail, provide prompt replies, know the property back to front with information that a potential buyer is likely to ask. On this instance this wasnt the case, I felt extremely frustrated in the response I was receiving and false pressure that there was another potential buyer not one but a few that was going to make an offer that same day. A few weeks have past by and the same property is still listed. As a result of my experience, I havent had the interest in returning to pursue it further.
