After attempting to order a part for my Franke range-hood for over 11 months I discover from another supplier that my range-hood is no longer in production and parts are not obtainable. Wish they told me that 11 months ago and I could have saved myself alot of angst. If you are looking for some service I definitely recommend you don't use Stokes. They don't return calls, their parts list are incorrect and they don't have a clue about their products.

It 's a shame that I didn't see your post earlier. A leopard never changes its spots and I found that out today.I totally agree with your advice. They used to be great but the wrong people in the front line and should be better/retrained in people skills or put in a back room and not answer phones to minimize any damage they can do as it can be contained/ minimized before this poor behaviour gets to the customers. They'll only realise this when they are doing the paperwork at Centrelink!
