Stone Bar and Grill

My partner and I ordered approximately $80 worth of food to be home delivered, and we were thoroughly disappointed in the meal. Not even worth half the price we paid for it. This is of course taking into account the fact that it was a delivered meal.



Half of the medium-rare steak was undercooked to the point of being fully raw in the middle with the other half burnt. The battered fish was over cooked, and the batter seemed like it was saturated in oil. The sticky-date pudding had a burnt taste to it, as if it was in the microwave for too long.



We have been there multiple times to eat in, and we both were very happy with the atmosphere of the restaurant, the service and the food quality. However, the take away meals are atrocious. I highly recommend that you go in to eat, and not have it delivered as you will be highly disappointed.

Highly recommend. Great ambiance, friendly staff and beautiful food. What else do you need in a restaurant! Keep up the good work.
